Check rejection versus delay
First check whether the app accepted the number. Rejection by the app differs from an accepted request whose SMS is still delayed; availability does not guarantee acceptance.

- Number accepted?
- Next check
- Correct service, country and active order
- Verify number, order and time
Check the exact copied number, selected service, current expiry or countdown and the latest messages. An old code may already be invalid.

- Refresh before another purchase
If a purchase or cancellation reply was unclear, check the order and Transactions first. Do not repeat an uncertain purchase merely because the response was lost.

- Check debit or refund
- Send a useful support ticket
Include the order reference, service, country, time and problem. Keep passwords, ID photos and unrelated personal material out of the ticket.

Check the request and order
Confirm the exact phone number, selected service, country and remaining time. A number rejected before sending is different from a message that was accepted but has not arrived. Read the external service's error and confirm that you actually requested an SMS there.
Check whether that service expects a country prefix separately. Do not submit unrelated numbers just because they have a similar prefix. SMS.Red cannot guarantee a third party's acceptance or resend behaviour.
Inspect the existing messages
Refresh the order's messages or Workspace, check Inbox/History, and clear filters. Confirm the current account and ownership. Read the latest relevant full message: some notifications have no verification code, and older codes may have expired.
If the page itself fails to load, retry the read rather than the purchase. Inspect orders and transactions before paying for a replacement after an unclear response.
Send a useful support ticket
Include order identifier, phone number if requested privately, service, request time, action and exact error. Explain whether the external service rejected the number or accepted the request. Never include passwords, API keys or identity documents in public messages. Follow the order's actual cancellation eligibility; do not assume missing SMS guarantees a refund.
