What the agreement covers
These terms cover use of SMS.Red, the account, API and available services. Creating an account or ordering means accepting these terms and the conditions shown for your selected service. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
The service provides access to incoming SMS on an assigned number within the selected term. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the number or imply affiliation with, or approval by, a third-party service.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and use only accounts and payment methods you are entitled to control. Meet applicable age and other requirements of the law and third-party services.
Protect passwords, API keys, sessions and your connected Telegram account. You are responsible for applications you authorize. Tell support if you suspect compromise. Rental transfers must use the provided feature; a number transfer does not automatically transfer a third-party account.
Numbers, terms and SMS
Before buying, check the country, service, term, price and restrictions. Availability and prices can change before order confirmation. Actual expiry is shown after allocation.
Catalog availability does not guarantee acceptance by Telegram, WhatsApp, Google or another third-party service, delivery of a specific message or recovery of an external account. Follow that service’s rules and select an offer suitable for your task.
Number access ends at expiry, and a supplier may reassign it. Do not use an expired number for ongoing account recovery. Keep other ways to protect your accounts.
Prices, balance and fees
Order prices are charged to your balance under the conditions shown before purchase. A deposit and a number purchase are separate operations; deposits are credited after verified payment.
PayGate: minimum wallet credit is $5, with a 10% SMS.Red surcharge added to the credit amount. For example, $5 credit + $0.50 fee = $5.50 checkout target. Fees are rounded to cents.
RollyPay adds 10% and shows a calculated payment amount in rubles at checkout. Other methods use their displayed conditions. A payment provider may apply additional fees, identity checks or country restrictions.
A browser return, screenshot or payment-button click alone does not confirm payment. Contact support with the payment reference if an operation is disputed, incomplete or unconfirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
Rental cancellation is available from 5 through 120 minutes after purchase, inclusive, only if no SMS has arrived. Current status, transfers, renewals and supplier restrictions may also prevent cancellation. Eligibility is checked on request; a missing code alone does not guarantee an automatic refund.
One-time verifications have their own displayed cancellation conditions; the rental 5–120-minute rule does not automatically apply. A confirmed cancellation refund appears in the wallet. An operation may remain in progress until the supplier’s result is confirmed.
Contact support about mistaken deposits, duplicate payments or other payment disputes. Returning funds to the original method requires verification and depends on applicable rights and provider rules; these terms do not promise automatic balance withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
Rentals, renewal and Telegram
Rental auto-renew is off by default. Enabling it for a number authorizes an available same-term renewal from your balance within the current limits, subject to sufficient funds and supplier confirmation.
Auto-renew does not guarantee uninterrupted rental. Check number status and expiry and turn it off to prevent further renewals. SMS forwarding to Telegram is a separate optional feature that can be paused or disconnected.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and within your rights. Fraud, unauthorized account access, interception of other people’s messages, payment-limit evasion, spam, malicious activity and attempts to disrupt infrastructure are prohibited.
Access or an operation may be restricted for investigation of suspected abuse. Contact support to challenge a restriction. Such measures do not remove mandatory rights or payment-dispute handling rules.
Limits and responsibility
Delivery depends on telecom operators, number suppliers and external applications. Delays, technical failures and availability changes are possible. The service does not promise acceptance of a specific number by a third-party platform or round-the-clock support responses.
Mandatory rights and liability that applicable law does not permit excluding remain intact. These terms do not limit them. Do not rely on a temporary number as the only protection for an important account.
Support and updates
Use the support page for account, order, payment or personal-data questions. Include a transaction reference and description, not passwords, API keys or full card details.
The current version is published here with its update date. A confirmed order is governed by the information provided when it was placed and applicable law.
