Select and purchase
Open Verifications. Choose service, country and an offered option, wait for the current quote and check balance. Submit once. After creation, the page brings you to the active orders. This is a short verification order, not continued rental access.
Use the issued number in the selected external service. Request the SMS there; SMS.Red does not press that service's send button for you. Acceptance by the external service is not guaranteed.
Follow the order
Check Active, copy the number and inspect messages or open its message view. Match the latest code to your request. Use the full-message copy action if you need context. Search by number and filter country/status to find an order.
History contains past orders, with pagination. If a just-created order seems absent, clear filters and refresh before buying again.
Expiry, cancellation and errors
Follow the order's countdown and eligible actions. Verification cancellation depends on that order and supplier; the rental 5–120 minute rule must not be assumed to apply. A request needs confirmation before a refund is complete.
For missing SMS or unclear purchase results, check orders and transactions, then use Support with the order identifier and request time.
