  2. Select a number

Use the number list to switch the focused rental. Its service, country, expiry and status appear in the compact header.

  3. Keep records beside the task

Account records sit above SMS; number management is beside messages on desktop and stacks on mobile. Add service opens record creation rather than another purchase.

  4. Open details and SMS history

Open number reveals inline rental facts. History is the SMS timeline, not an audit log. Transfer, notes and renewal stay on the page.

  5. Save or discard before switching

Unsaved edits block switching with a draft warning. Save or explicitly discard in the record editor, then switch the number or view. A pending transfer also locks edits.

Select a rental and orient yourself

Use the view switch to choose Workspace. Select a number from the list and confirm its summary before acting. Records sit with the messages and direct management controls, making this view useful when you need a code, credentials and documents for the same number.

The first-visit tutorial explains the switch; skip it if needed or replay it using the tour control. Changing views does not change ownership or buy anything. Browser preferences are remembered per account.

Use the controls on the page

Choose the relevant account record, reveal or copy saved values deliberately, and save edits before switching numbers. Read the newest relevant SMS and choose Copy code or Copy full SMS according to your task. Copy number is a separate control.

Use direct Transfer, Add service, History and note actions where available. History is the SMS timeline. Open number shows number details; it does not open an authenticated third-party account. Disabled actions explain their eligibility condition.

Keep drafts and narrow screens manageable

Unsaved record changes can trigger a draft warning when switching rentals or views. Save or explicitly discard them first. Pending transfer invitations freeze private edits.

On mobile, sections stack; scroll to the management area. Return to Fleet when you need global search, expiry filters, CSV or batch actions. Both views operate on the same owned rentals.
