Use Add account record (or Add service) for service-specific credentials. A number-level note remains a separate note.
This demonstration does not change your account.

- Create a service record
Use Add account record (or Add service) for service-specific credentials. A number-level note remains a separate note.

- Respect field limits
One number supports 25 records. The limits are 100 characters for service, 500 for login, 1,000 for password and 10,000 for notes; save only the relevant information.
- Service
- 100 characters
- Login
- 500 characters

- Use saved credentials
Select the record. Passwords start masked; reveal or copy only when needed. Edit and save updates in the same panel.

- Attach supporting files
Upload up to 10 files, 5 MiB each. JPG, PNG and PDF have previews; supported archives stay as downloads. Private files follow this record when the number is transferred.

- Review transfer and deletion
Pending claim invites freeze edits and file changes. Once transferred, only the new owner has access. Deleting a record also deletes its attached files, so review before confirming.

Pending transfer: editing is locked until resolved.
Choose a record or a number note
A number note is a general description of what the rental is for. An account record is a structured entry for one service used with that number. Create separate records for separate services so each has its own login, password, notes and files. Adding a record stores information; it does not register or verify a third-party account.
For a Revolut record, for example, you could save the service name, login, password and handover instructions, then attach a JPG identity document and a PDF bill. Keep only material you intend the number's next owner to receive. The record and every attachment follow the number on completed transfer.
Create and save a record
- Select the correct rental in Workspace.
- Choose Add account record.
- Enter a clear service name, then the login and password if needed.
- Add service-specific notes, such as which document supports the account.
- Save the record and confirm it appears.
- Upload documents to the saved record.
You can keep up to 25 records per number. The service name allows 100 characters, login 500, password 1,000 and notes 10,000. Each saved record allows ten files of up to 5 MiB each. If saving fails, resolve the displayed validation error; an unsaved draft is not part of the handover.
Select, reveal, copy and edit
Choose the appropriate account record when the number has several. Passwords are masked by default. Reveal only when necessary and use the dedicated copy action to copy the exact value. The service's own website or app is where you use those credentials; SMS.Red does not perform that login for you.
Edit the fields and save after changes. Switching numbers or views with unsaved edits can trigger draft protection. Finish saving or deliberately discard the draft. Number-level notes and record notes are independent: updating one does not update the other.
Fleet search can match the record's service name, but does not search passwords, logins or attachment text. Use consistent names and put sensitive credentials in their designated fields rather than the searchable title.
Understand access and transfer
Private records are available to the current rental owner. Pending transfer invitations freeze modifications, including attachment changes. Prepare everything first; cancel an unclaimed invitation if edits are needed, then save and invite again.
Completed transfer gives the recipient the records and files and removes the sender's private access. Download any copies you legitimately need before sending. Transferring a record does not independently transfer an external account or change that service's rules. See Number transfers.
Remove records and documents deliberately
Delete an obsolete attachment with its file action. Delete a whole record only after reviewing the confirmation: its attached files are deleted too. Deletion does not cancel the rental, remove an SMS message or close an external account.
Masked passwords still remain sensitive, and copied values remain in the clipboard. Keep documents and credentials out of public screenshots. A page CSV export does not back up these private fields or files. If a record unexpectedly disappears, verify the selected number and current owner before contacting Support.
