Prepare the handover before transferring
A transfer changes the owner of an existing rental in the same SMS.Red store. It includes saved account records, their documents and the number note. Wallet money stays with its account, the rental expiry stays the same, and external services do not automatically change ownership. Agree any external-account handover separately.
Open the correct number, check remaining time and save every record. Download a sample document to confirm it is usable. Remove obsolete credentials and explain which service each record belongs to. A pending invitation freezes private record and attachment changes, so finish preparation first.
Send one number or a selected batch
- Choose Transfer in Workspace, or select rows in Fleet and choose the bulk transfer action.
- Enter the recipient's email or supported Telegram username.
- Review the exact recipient and numbers. Fleet selection covers the current page.
- Submit once and read the result for each number.
- If pending, share the generated claim link privately with the intended person.
An existing matching customer account can receive ownership immediately. A matching Telegram identity may also resolve to an existing account. Otherwise a pending invitation is created. The destination must be a customer account in the same store; you cannot transfer to yourself. Different partner-store accounts are not interchangeable.
Receive a pending invitation
The recipient should sign into the intended account before opening the link. Email invitations require the matching email. Telegram username invitations require the matching verified Telegram identity. A display name alone is not proof of that identity.
An invitation lasts up to seven days, capped by the rental's expiry. Read the actual deadline in the result. It is single-use: already claimed, cancelled or expired links cannot be claimed again. Before authentication, the preview does not expose the private records and documents.
Correct or cancel a pending invitation
Until the invitation is claimed, the sender remains the owner. Record edits, file changes and conflicting operations can be blocked. Cancel the unclaimed invitation if you need to correct the recipient or revise the handover, then save changes and create a new invitation. Creating a replacement invalidates the earlier open invitation; send the new link.
A pending renewal, cancellation or ineligible/expired rental can prevent transfer. Wait for the existing operation's result and refresh. For bulk transfers, review successes and failures separately instead of resubmitting all successful numbers.
Check what changes after completion
The sender loses ownership and access to private records and files. The recipient should confirm the number appears, inspect its records and download needed documents. SMS delivery belongs to the current owner; check the recipient's own Telegram forwarding and webhook configuration for future messages.
Auto-renew is turned off on ownership change. The new owner must check support, remaining time and wallet balance, then explicitly enable it if needed. Transfer is not a renewal and does not add days.
There is no Undo for a completed transfer. Returning the number requires the new owner to make an eligible transfer back. Keep claim links private; do not put them in public screenshots or shared support posts.
Solve common transfer problems
If the recipient is rejected, check the store, customer-account type and exact email or Telegram identity. If the link expired, the sender can create another only while the rental is still eligible. If someone says they received nothing, check whether the result was an immediate transfer or an invitation that still needs sharing.
For unresolved states, send Support the rental identifier, intended recipient type, time and exact error. Do not include account passwords or document files merely to prove ownership. Read Account records for preparing the private data that follows the number.
