Some items can succeed while others fail or are unsupported. Failed numbers remain selected. Pending invites have separate claim links; do not treat one success as success for every number.

Search, filter and sort
Switch to Fleet for compact rows. Choose Active or Archived, then search across owned rentals by phone number, service, number description or account-record service name. Passwords, logins and document contents are excluded.
Filter by country, Has SMS, Expiring or Auto-renew off. Expiring means the next seven days. Sort by nearest expiry, newest or number. Choose 25, 50 or 100 rows per page. Summary counters cover the account, while the table reflects filters.
Review batch actions
Select individual rows or the current page with the header checkbox. Search, filter and page changes clear selection. The header does not select all pages.
Use bulk renewal on/off or transfer, review eligible and unsupported items, then submit. Results are per number and can be partial. Read updated, failed and unsupported counts; failures remain selected. Correct their cause without repeating successful actions.
Export and establish a routine
Export downloads the current page as CSV with service, number, country, status and expiry. It does not include every page, passwords or document files. Work through pages if you need a larger inventory.
Regularly review Expiring and Auto-renew off, check balance, and open exceptions in Workspace. Use consistent record names and useful number notes. For transfers, verify the recipient and share each pending claim link privately.
