  2. Choose supported files

Attach JPG, PNG, PDF or ZIP, RAR, 7z, TAR, GZIP, BZIP2, XZ and Zstandard archives, including supported compressed-TAR variants. Each file must fit 5 MiB; there are 10 slots per record.

    sample-documents.zip · 1.2 MB
  3. Validation and private storage

The upload checks the file signature, not just its extension. A rejected or oversized file does not take a slot; choose a valid smaller file and retry. Only the current owner can access saved files.

  4. Preview or download

JPG, PNG and PDF can be previewed. Archives are opaque downloads: the site does not extract or inspect their contents for you. Download or delete them from the file row.

  5. Files follow ownership

A pending transfer freezes uploads and deletions. After completion the new owner can access the record’s documents and the sender cannot.

Upload to a saved record

Select the rental, create or open an account record, and save it before uploading. Each record supports up to ten files, each no larger than 5 MiB. Select the file, wait for upload and confirm it appears in the record before leaving.

Supported documents are JPG/JPEG, PNG and PDF. Supported archives are ZIP, RAR v4/v5, 7z, TAR, GZIP/TGZ, BZIP2/TBZ2, XZ/TXZ and Zstandard/ZST/TZST. The file signature must match a supported format; changing its filename extension does not convert it.

Preview, download or remove

Images and PDFs have preview controls. Archives remain complete downloadable files; the site does not extract their contents. Use descriptive filenames. If the archive needs a password, include appropriate private handover instructions in the record.

Download to check the file before deleting your original. Remove an obsolete file with its delete action. Deleting the account record removes all its attachments too. For an oversized file, create a genuinely smaller file rather than simply renaming it.

Know who can access the files

Files belong to the rental's private record and are available to the current owner. They follow the number on completed transfer, after which the sender loses access. Pending transfer invitations freeze uploads and deletions. Finish the bundle before transferring, or cancel an unclaimed invitation to revise it.

For upload failure, check format, size, file count and pending-transfer state, then retry only after resolving the cause.
