  1. Enter the deposit amount

  2. Compare the full payment quote

Heleket supports crypto, RollyPay bank payment in quoted RUB, and PayGate card payment with a USD fee. The external payment total can differ from wallet credit.

Use the live quote, not this example
  3. Pay the exact invoice

Follow the provider’s checkout. For crypto use the exact asset, network, address and amount shown on that invoice. Creating an invoice or returning from checkout does not mean the wallet is credited.

    Provider instructions

  4. Wait for confirmed credit

Check Wallet and Transactions for the provider-confirmed deposit. Pending or failed payment requires checking its reference, not creating another payment blindly.

Choose an available payment method

Open Wallet and Deposit. Enter the USD amount you want credited, then choose an enabled method. The current integration can offer Heleket cryptocurrency, RollyPay bank payment and PayGate card payment; availability comes from the live payment configuration.

Check the shown minimum, fees, payment currency, total and quote expiry. Card quotes distinguish wallet credit from fee and total; bank quotes can show a converted RUB amount. Do not assume an old fixed minimum or fee still applies. Disabled methods cannot be used simply by changing the amount.

Create the invoice and pay once

  1. Review the intended credit and full payment total.
  2. Create the invoice and open its provider checkout.
  3. Follow that invoice's exact payment instructions.
  4. Return to Wallet and Transactions to check status.

For crypto, use the invoice's asset, network and destination; do not reuse a remembered address from another invoice. An expired quote may need a fresh one. Creating an invoice or returning from checkout does not itself mean the wallet has been credited.

Wait for confirmation

Only confirmed payment becomes spendable wallet balance. If the provider says paid but the wallet is still pending, keep the invoice identifier and time, refresh and contact Support. Do not pay the same invoice again to force confirmation.

Customer Wallet provides deposits. Partner withdrawals and Android phone-supply earnings have their own workflows and conditions. A number transfer does not transfer wallet funds. Read the final purchase quote even after funding the wallet.
