# Use the partner wallet, withdrawals and settings

## Deposit or request a withdrawal

Partner Wallet provides Deposit and Withdrawal tabs. Deposit follows the available payment method's live quote and confirmation. In Withdrawal, enter the amount and destination shown by the form, check the current conditions and submit once.

A successful request notification means a withdrawal request was created, not proof that money has reached the destination. Use the link to withdrawal transactions and inspect its state. Do not import the Android phone-supply minimum or fee into this separate workflow.

## Check the account and balance

Confirm Partner mode and account before using the wallet or transaction list. Customer purchases, partner activity and phone-supply earnings have different contexts. A number transfer does not move funds between them.

For an unclear request, inspect existing transactions before repeating it and provide Support the identifier and time.

## Maintain account and store details

Partner Settings provides the account-settings workflow; use its supported password and language controls and sign out on shared devices. Store title, logo and support contacts are edited through Website. Use the proper section for each change and verify the saved result.
