# Find resellers and manage their markups

Use the partner reseller list to open the correct store’s pricing.

## Find a reseller store

Open Resellers once the partner website is ready. Wait for the current account's list, search by site name and use pagination. The rows show a reseller identifier and website name. Copy the identifier if you need to refer to it in a private support request.

An empty list means no matching resellers are displayed; clear the search before assuming there are none.

## Open Set markup

Use the row's Set markup action to open that reseller's pricing page. Check the reseller identifier before changing service markup or availability. Search and filter the pricing page, save an offered setting and verify the updated values.

The reseller list currently provides pricing management; it does not provide a general email-invite or create-reseller form. Do not confuse customer number transfers with assigning reseller access.

## Resolve a missing store

Confirm partner mode, current account, ready website, search and page. If an expected reseller is still absent, give Support the store name and identifier. Never share API credentials to make another store appear in your list.
