# Find messages in Inbox

Use recent messages, history and filters to locate an SMS without opening each number.

## Recent messages and history

Open Inbox for messages belonging to your account's orders. Recent shows a short recent list; History provides the paginated list. Wait for loading before treating an empty view as no messages.

Search by phone number and filter by country, service type and status. A message link opened from an order can limit the view to that verification; use the back control to return to the broader list.

## Read and copy

Check number, service, time and message body before copying. A detected code is different from the full SMS. Older messages may refer to an earlier verification request. Receiving an SMS does not confirm every step inside the external service.

For rental records and management alongside SMS, open the number in Workspace. Inbox is a message view, not a credentials or document search.

## Recover a missing result

Clear filters, check History and confirm the signed-in account. Completed transfers change ownership and private access. If a message is still missing, verify that the external service sent it and use the troubleshooting guide before another paid purchase.
