# Auto-renew, expiry and continued access

Check renewal eligibility, fund the wallet in time and understand what happens when a rental ends.

## Check eligibility and balance

Auto-renew is offered only for supported rentals. Open the number's management area, inspect the switch and any explanation, then enable it if you want continued access. Enabling requires enough wallet balance for the original purchase price.

The process attempts renewal about fifteen minutes before expiry for the original duration, within the original price ceiling. Unsupported renewal, higher supplier price, insufficient balance or a pending operation can prevent it. An enabled switch is not a guarantee.

## Review before the last minutes

Use Fleet's Expiring filter for the next seven days and Auto-renew off to find decisions. Deposit early enough for payment confirmation. After a transfer, renewal resets off and the new owner must explicitly enable it with their own wallet.

Turning it off stops future automatic attempts. It does not cancel the current term, refund it or reverse a renewal already processing. Wait for pending results before another conflicting action.

## What Archived means

Expired numbers leave the active scope. Archived provides past rentals and available history, not ongoing SMS access or guaranteed recovery of the same number. Plan continuity while the rental is active.

If an expected renewal fails, inspect balance, switch, expiry and errors, then contact Support with the order and time. Saved account credentials do not restore an expired phone number; review recovery options in external services separately.
